Twitter. I can take it or leave it. Honestly, ...Eh. Twitter. I can take it or leave it. Honestly, it's a HUGE time sink for me because I tend to open up a bunch of links that people have tweeted and then I end up spending SO MUCH more time on the internet reading stuff. It's good and bad.

I prefer Facebook which is much more deeply rooted in relationships for me. I do like Twitter at times, but it's not my favorite.

(Also, I tagged you in a meme! http://www.sortacrunchy.net/sortacrunchy/2012/02/11-things-on-the-11th-.html)SortaCrunchy Meganhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06779535772039329582noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6935966407400418351.post-80759995364769032232012-02-10T13:40:33.047-08:002012-02-10T13:40:33.047-08:00Wow you make it seem irresistable Beth! You do get as much "junk" cluttering up your feed, like with fb. No game requests. No photo albums clogging your feed. Sure, you can get spam and spammers, but you can easily tell and delete. You can post pictures (one at a time) on your updates. You can post links. You can update your "followers" with status updates whenever you choose.

You can't "like" statuses, so if you use that to delurk yourself and show appreciation like I do on facebook, you won't like that about twitter. You can comment on updates by sending the original poster a individual comment. Not many long, multi-person conversations there. You can send (short) private direct messages to people. Using hashtags (#[word]), it's easy to find people to connect to with similar interests.

I love twitter so much more than FB. You can check out mine if you want (@jemini602). If you choose to try it out, let me know and perhaps I can help you out!Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09374059444304481999noreply@blogger.com
